You may have an idea of the roles of managers, but what are they really? Drawing on the work of Henry Mintzberg, we'll introduce you to the 10 roles of the manager. You will be asked to reflect on the time you spend on these roles, and on the added value of devoting more time to each of them. By becoming aware of everything you should be doing as a manager, you'll be better equipped to tackle the many exciting challenges that await you in your new role. In our e-learning course, we delve deeper into these 10 roles to give you an overview of the qualities needed to become an effective manager.
Mobilization radar
To help your team succeed, it's essential to know what motivates each employee. As part of this training, you'll be asked to reflect on your own motivating factors before doing the same exercise for your team. C3pH will also introduce you to an essential coaching tool: the Engagement Radar. This tool will enable you to better target the actions you need to take to engage all team members in achieving your organization's mission.

One of the most common pitfalls among new managers is micromanagement. Although generally well-intentioned, i.e. to ensure the success of a project or team, micromanagement behaviors can prove very harmful over time. Micromanagement can be defined as a management style in which the manager excessively observes or controls the work of his or her employees. In our e-learning course, we take a closer look at what micromanagement is, how to recognize the signs of micromanagement, as well as a questionnaire to find out if you've ever micromanaged, and to learn about your own harmful behaviors.

E-learning mode followed by individual coaching: in terms of coaching, for how long is this offer valid after the training has been viewed? In other words, is there an expiry date?
From experience, to promote learning retention in e-learning training, we recommend that participants book their coaching session in the weeks following the courseAs the content is fresher, this maximizes the value of the session and the exchanges.
If you have a single hour of personalized coaching, you can book it according to your availability within 6 weeks of the e-learning course purchase date.
For the 5-hour bank, you can arrange directly with your coach, who will give you as much flexibility as possible for this support, which will take place at the frequency of your choice, with a maximum duration of 6 months.
So you'll have enough time without pressure to enjoy your tailor-made coaching sessions.
Can I benefit from a preferential rate if I register my team of 10 for an e-learning course?

For a group of more than 5 participants, I'd like to know if it's possible to make a single payment, while still having a simple way of distributing the login links to my employees.
The answer is yes, we like to keep things simple at C3pH to make our training experience easier for you.
We will send you a single invoice and then all accesses (training and coaching) on receipt of payment.
All you have to do is send us the e-mail addresses of all participants. We'll then send them the links to connect to the platform.
As this will be the first e-mail they receive from our e-learning platform, we advise them to check their junk mail folder, as this sometimes happens.
Are there any limits to the 55-minute coaching session we'd like to add? What are the modalities of the coaching session?
There are no limits to the topics that can be discussed during the session. The only limit is the duration, i.e. 55 minutes per session. You can specify your expectations to your coach before the session.
The 55-minute session can be booked in one go (not divisible into blocks of 25 or 30 minutes).
