A lecturer at HEC Montréal, Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Management and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
Experienced in multinational team management and entrepreneurship, he also turned around a holding company of five companies in the real estate sector that had been taken into bankruptcy. These complementary experiences and his desire to share innovative management practices led him to co-found C3pH.

Dominic Migneault

With a passion for international business, Dominic spent several years working in Asia before returning to school to complete his MBA.
His professional experiences in multicultural contexts have fueled his interest in issues related to workplace diversity and organizational culture. Dominic wants to help companies be better employers. In addition to developing C3pH, he teaches at HEC Montréal.
Crystelle Bourassa
B.Sc., Senior Consultant at C3pH
With a degree in Nursing from the Université de Sherbrooke, Crystelle developed her clinical expertise in a number of care settings before moving into team and operations management. She will soon be studying to become a certified coach.
Her experience of managing teams ranging from 40 to 250 people has strengthened her passion and desire to improve employee happiness, engagement and retention to act with impact as a senior consultant and trainer with C3pH.
Clara Louche
C3pH Business Development Manager
Diplômée d’un master en marketing, communication et stratégie commerciale de l’Inseec Paris, elle a su acquérir une expérience professionnelle dans divers domaines du commerce. Passionnée par le secteur BtoB, elle a développé une expertise qui lui permet d’aborder les enjeux commerciaux avec une perspective innovante.
Elle a rejoint C3pH dans l’optique de parfaire ses compétences commerciales et d’explorer le marché en expansion du bien-être en entreprise. Convaincue que l’équilibre entre performance commerciale et bien-être au travail est la clé d’une réussite durable, elle s’engage avec enthousiasme à accompagner les organisations vers de nouveaux objectifs.

Sofia Hedadji
Consultante en marketing numérique chez C3pH
Experte en stratégie numérique avec une expérience variée en tant que gestionnaire de trafic numérique et analyste web, Sofia excelle dans l'optimisation des performances en ligne. Son parcours polyvalent inclut également des expériences significatives en tant qu’assistante de direction, assistante clientèle, commerciale et en logistique transport. Cette diversité de compétences lui permet d’aborder les projets avec une vision globale, tout en s’appuyant sur des expertises techniques variées. Passionnée par l’analyse de données et la stratégie, Sofia joue un rôle clé dans le développement des outils numériques et des stratégies de performance chez C3pH.

Anne Shiraishi

Anne is an expert in corporate responsibility, communications and change management. She is a Senior Director at HXE Partners in New York, specializing in ESG coaching for US companies.
Originally from California, Anne holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of British Columbia (with a certificate from Sciences Po Toulouse), an M.A. in Management and International Affairs from the School of Global Policy and Strategy (UC San Diego), and an MBA from HEC Montréal.

Having owned a financial services company for more than six years, Alexandre is well versed in the challenges of mobilization.
An MBA graduate of HEC Montréal since April 2017, he is passionate about organizational development and new ways of working that put employees at the heart of organizations.
Alexandre currently holds the position of Training and Special Projects Advisor at Métro. His ambition is to make employees more engaged and happier every day.

Marjolaine Bergeron is a nurse with a passion for new healthcare technologies. After 5 years of nursing practice at the McGill University Health Centre, where she held various nursing roles in the field of oncology, she turned naturally to information technology.
She holds the role of executive advisor for nurse retention at CISSS Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. Marjolaine has also been involved with the Ordre régional des infirmières et infirmiers de Montréal/Laval (ORIIM/L) for over 7 years, where she is responsible for the Comité Développement, Rayonnement et Soutien (D.R.S.).
