Our website displays prices in Canadian Dollars because our e-learning studio is located in Quebec.
If you pay in a currency other than Canadian Dollars, the payment will simply be converted into the currency of your country.

Do I get certification after the e-learning course?

Yes!
Our training courses are designed in their entirety by two professors from HEC Montréal and trainers at theÉcole des dirigeants HEC.
Thanks to our training certificates, your training investments with C3pH are eligible for the 1% law, since our trainers are certified by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT).
Our training courses are also eligible for the continuing education hours of Quebec's professional orders.

Could I practice some practical exercises?

For us, it's essential to integrate practical exercises into our training courses to encourage learning. Our e-learning courses include quizzes, workshops and interactive exercises, so that you can put what you've learned into practice in your everyday life straight after the course.

E-learning mode followed by individual coaching: in terms of coaching, for how long is this offer valid after the training has been viewed? In other words, is there an expiry date? 

From experience, to promote learning retention in e-learning training, we recommend that participants book their coaching session in the weeks following the courseAs the content is fresher, this maximizes the value of the session and the exchanges.  
If you have a single hour of personalized coaching, you can book it according to your availability within 6 weeks of the e-learning course purchase date. 
For the 5-hour bank, you can arrange directly with your coach, who will give you as much flexibility as possible for this support, which will take place at the frequency of your choice, with a maximum duration of 6 months. 
So you'll have enough time without pressure to enjoy your tailor-made coaching sessions.  

Can I benefit from a preferential rate if I register my team of 10 for an e-learning course? 

As you are more than 5 participants, you can benefit from a preferential offer.

For a group of more than 5 participants, I'd like to know if it's possible to make a single payment, while still having a simple way of distributing the login links to my employees. 

The answer is yes, we like to keep things simple at C3pH to make our training experience easier for you. 
We will send you a single invoice and then all accesses (training and coaching) on receipt of payment. 
All you have to do is send us the e-mail addresses of all participants. We'll then send them the links to connect to the platform.
As this will be the first e-mail they receive from our e-learning platform, we advise them to check their junk mail folder, as this sometimes happens. 

Are there any limits to the 55-minute coaching session we'd like to add? What are the modalities of the coaching session? 

There are no limits to the topics that can be discussed during the session. The only limit is the duration, i.e. 55 minutes per session. You can specify your expectations to your coach before the session. 
The 55-minute session can be booked in one go (not divisible into blocks of 25 or 30 minutes).
