La pandémie a bouleversé le monde du travail et a forcé un passage massif et accéléré au télétravail. Ce passage ne s’est toutefois pas fait sans heurts et de nombreux apprentissages peuvent être tirés de cette expérience. Au cours de la formation, nous survolerons les moments clés de la pandémie et examinerons ses impacts concrets sur le travail.
Formes du mode de travail hybride
Le mode de travail hybride ne représente pas une seule forme d’organisation. En fait, « l’hybride » peut se concrétiser sous différentes formes selon le degré de travail effectué à l’extérieur du lieu de travail. Durant la formation, nous décortiquerons ces différentes formes pour réaliser que le mode de travail hybride est bien plus large que ce qui est souvent compris.
Optimisation des réunions d’équipe
Les réunions d’équipe sont trop souvent synonymes de perte de temps. Elles sont pourtant fondamentales pour planifier les activités, créer du lien entre les membres de l’équipe et prospérer comme organisation. Pendant cette formation, nous présenterons des statistiques percutantes sur les réunions et proposerons différentes astuces pour optimiser ses moments entre collègues.

Our training courses are designed in their entirety by two HEC Montréal professors and trainers at the École des dirigeants HEC.
Thanks to our training certificates, your training investments with C3pH are eligible for the 1% law, since our trainers are accredited by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT).
