The 5 dysfunctions of a team
During this training session, we'll take a look at the model developed by management specialist Patrick Lencioni, called "The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team", which enables teams in an organization to assess themselves and thus identify their strengths and areas for improvement. The model developed by Lencioni also enables you to implement avenues for progress based on the most significant dysfunctions. As a manager, director or leader, you'll have a clearer picture of your team's strengths and weaknesses, enabling you to optimize communication and processes, particularly in the context of remote working.
Individual and task management
How can you effectively monitor your employees' work when teleworking? How do you manage a remote team? These are the questions on every manager 's mind. During this training course, you'll discover practical tips from Management 3.0, as well as tools for effectively managing your telecommuting employees.
To recognize and manage your difficult employees, you'll need to ask yourself a whole series of questions in order to obtain precise information about their behavior. The aim will be to understand the problems of your difficult employees and to pinpoint their origins, in order to develop a strategy aimed at changing their behavior. During this training course, we'll give you the most relevant questions to ask yourself in order to successfully identify your difficult employees, gain a good understanding of their problems and then correct problem behaviors.
During the course, we'll define and give concrete examples to help you fully understand each of the 6 dimensions of the Engagement Radar. These 6 dimensions are trust, belonging, professional development, recognition, meaning and comfort.
Between 2 and 3 innovative management practices will be presented for each of the six dimensions of the engagement radar. In other words, some twenty concrete practices will be presented to see what the best organizations are doing in terms of engagement and retention. These practices come from five continents and different types of organization.
