Course description
They're already training with us!
Generational perceptions and stereotypes
"They're lazy and always late. They have no ambition. Each generation tends to look at the generation that follows it with a critical eye. What are the stereotypes associated with millennials and Zs? How true are they? During this training session, we'll take stock of the characteristics of Ys and Zs through various studies and surveys.
Comparison of generation values
It sometimes seems that our professional values are completely separate from those of younger workers. But is this really the case? We'll answer this question during the session :). As a manager, you need to be aware of the main values held by Ys and Zs, as this will be the key to mobilizing them within your organization. During this training session, we'll analyze the values most often cited by each generation, with a view to creating a bond within your team.
Y and Z forces
Working with employees from generations Y and Z has many benefits. It is generally observed that millennials have a highly entrepreneurial and inventive mindset, whereas Zs are independent and prefer to solve problems themselves. During the course, we'll look at the important elements you need to take into account to unleash the potential of Ys and Zs.
Questioning the concept of generation and the importance of personalization
In today's multi-generational workforce, managers and executives can no longer be satisfied with a one-size-fits-all approach to mobilizing and motivating their employees. To respond appropriately to the needs of their different employees, whatever their generation, they need to personalize their management through innovative management tools and practices. In this session, we'll look at how you can implement a new personalized management culture within your organization.
Autonomy, alignment, immediacy and flexibility
These four words will be explored in greater depth during the course, as they will enable you to think concretely about the needs of Ys and Zs. Using concrete examples, we'll show you what's expected of you and your organization from Ys and Zs. You'll also be made aware of the posture you need to adopt as a manager to bring out the best in your young employees.
Innovative management practices to build loyalty
As a manager or leader, you need to understand the different expectations of your employees. Millennials like to seek out new challenges, and aren't afraid to change jobs if they don't feel stimulated. During this training session, we'll share with you the tools and best practices of management 3.0. to help you mobilize and retain your employees from generations Y and Z.
