Did you know that millennials make up the majority of the workforce today? Generation Z, meanwhile, is expected to represent around 27% of the global workforce by 2025.

Ys and Zs are generally highly educated and have high career expectations. They want to have an impact on the world, and sometimes don't mind making their opinions known.

These two generations have grown up in a context of ultra-fast technological progress, where communication is almost instantaneous.
 
To develop the full potential of these generations, organizations need to understand that the needs of these workers may differ from those of previous generations.
 
Managers and executives need to be able to better understand the different expectations of their employees in terms of work, flexibility and management.

During this course, which aims to demystify Y and Z and equip you to unleash their full potential, we will help you achieve 3 major objectives:

Our training courses take place remotely (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.) or on request at our Montreal offices.
Our training courses strike the right balance between recognized academic content, case studies, advice and practical activities.

Our training courses are run in groups. You can register between 8 and 25 people.

Do I get certification after the course?

Yes !

Our training courses are designed in their entirety by two HEC Montréal professors and trainers at the École des dirigeants HEC.

Thanks to our training certificates, your training investments with C3pH are eligible for the 1% law, since our trainers are accredited by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT).

Our training courses are also eligible for the continuing education hours of Quebec's professional orders.

You can pay in the currency of your country. Euro, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, etc.

Our website displays prices in Canadian dollars, as our training studio is located in Quebec.

If you pay in a currency other than the Canadian Dollar, the payment will simply be converted into the currency of your country.
