Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and understand one's own emotions and those of others. It is also about being able to control one's emotions, so that they work for the person and not against them.

The fruit of the work of researchers Peter Salavoy and John Mayer, emotional intelligence is an essential skill that is increasingly valued in organizations.

Widely promoted by Daniel Goleman in a book published in 1996, it is defined as the ability to understand one's own emotions and those of others, and to manage one's own emotions.
 
According to author Daniel Goleman, emotional intelligence is responsible for 80% of success in life, while intelligence quotient only accounts for 20%.

Emotional intelligence is an essential skill for anyone, whatever their position in the organization. The more a team is aware of the importance of emotional intelligence, the better it will be able to handle complicated and stressful situations

Our training courses strike the right balance between recognized academic content, case studies, advice and practical activities.

Our training courses are run in groups. You can register between 8 and 25 people.

Do I get certification after the course?

Yes !

Our training courses are designed in their entirety by two HEC Montréal professors and trainers at the École des dirigeants HEC.

Thanks to our training certificates, your training investments with C3pH are eligible for the 1% law, since our trainers are accredited by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT).

Our training courses are also eligible for the continuing education hours of Quebec's professional orders.

Do you offer customized training courses?

You can pay in the currency of your country. Euro, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, etc.

Our website displays prices in Canadian dollars, as our training studio is located in Quebec.

If you pay in a currency other than the Canadian Dollar, the payment will simply be converted into the currency of your country.

My organization is in France, Belgium, Switzerland or North Africa. Can I register for your training courses?
