Generations at work
Different generations make up today's working world, and these are often associated with stereotypes and preconceived ideas. In this training course, we will demystify these generations, paying particular attention to Generation Y (also known as millennials and millennials).
Differences in perception
Young employees are sometimes labelled as being disloyal to their employers, and this type of perception can prove perilous for managers. A comparison of the different perceptions of other generations will be presented in order to initiate a reflection on our own perceptions and try to arrive at a posture of empathy.
Turnover costs
The departure of an employee entails significant costs for any organization. The direct costs of a departure are generally known, but this is not necessarily the case for the indirect costs. In this training course, we'll look at these indirect costs and give you the opportunity to calculate the cost of turnover for your organization.
Recognition case study
What motivates employees isn't always what we think, as Dan Ariely 's research has shown. In this case study, where different rewards are offered to groups of employees, it was shown that performance is affected differently according to the benefits perceived by employees.
Motivation vs. mobilization
There's a fine line between the two, and it's easy to confuse motivation with mobilization. During this training course, we'll give you the keys to understanding and developing strategies to understand the motivations of your organization's employees. We'll also help you put in place the conditions needed to mobilize your teams.
Mobilization radar
After more than a year's work, C3pH has developed a unique tool for engaging and retaining your organization's employees: the Engagement Radar. This tool rates the level of satisfaction of an individual, a team or an organization along 6 dimensions. Thanks to this tool, you can quickly identify the issues on which you need to take swift action.
The 6 dimensions of mobilization
During the course, we'll define and give concrete examples to help you fully understand each of the 6 dimensions of the Engagement Radar. These 6 dimensions are trust, belonging, professional development, recognition, meaning and comfort.

For each of the six dimensions of the Engagement Radar, we'll be presenting between 2 and 3 innovative management practices. In other words, around twenty concrete practices will be presented to show what the best organizations are doing in terms of engagement and retention.
